Ingredients

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup tomato sauce

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 garlic clove, crushed

2kg Aussie-style pork ribs (see note)
Method

1Combine barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, sugar and garlic in a small bowl. Place ribs in a large, shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add sauce mixture. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight, if time permits.

2Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place ribs in a greased baking dish, reserving any remaining marinade. Bake for 1 hour, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking, or until glazed and cooked through.

3Cut ribs into pieces. Serve.
