1 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated

60g (1 cup) alfalfa and broccoli sprouts
Method

1Spread cheese and chives dip over bread.

2Sprinkle carrot, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts.

3Starting from one narrow end, roll up firmly to form a log.

4Cut each roll crossways into 4 portions and serve.
