Method

1Combine a 95g can tuna in brine, drained, flaked; a 125g can corn kernels, drained; 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh continental parsley. Spread over the base of a halved Turkish bread roll. Top with remaining roll. Cut in half.
