Tuna and kale rice salad with sesame soy dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 x 125g tub 90-second microwave brown rice
  • 95g can tuna in olive oil, drained, flaked
  • 110g (1 1/2 cups) kale slaw, without dressing
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt-reduced soy sauce

Method

    Microwave rice for 30 seconds or until heated through.

    Combine rice, tuna and kale slaw in a bowl. Add sesame oil and soy sauce and toss to combine.
