400g raw almonds

1/4 cup tamari
Method

1Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

2Place almonds on prepared tray. Drizzle over tamari and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, or until tamari has evaporated.

3Cool on tray before storing in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
