4 enchilada tortillas, quartered

1/2 teaspoon Mexican chilli powder
Method

1Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

2Arrange the tortillas, in a single layer, over the prepared tray.

3Sprinkle lightly with chilli powder. Bake in preheated oven for 5-6 minutes or until golden.
