1 tablespoon sea salt flakes

1 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes

1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder

2 tablespoons cornflour

750g pork fillet

olive oil cooking spray

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

3 green onions, thinly sliced

1 large carrot, halved, thinly sliced

2 celery sticks, thinly sliced diagonally

200g broccoli, cut into florets
-
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

steamed rice, to serve
Method

1Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine salt, pepper, chilli, five spice and cornflour in a bowl. Sprinkle on a flat surface. Roll pork in salt mixture to coat.

2Spray a large, non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork, turning, for 4 minutes or until sealed. Remove to a greased baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.

3Meanwhile, return pan to high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add onions. Cook for 30 seconds or until soft. Add carrot and celery. Cook for 2 minutes. Add broccoli. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli tender. Add oyster sauce. Toss to combine. Slice pork. Serve with vegetables and rice.
