Salami, tomato, bocconcini and basil pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base (see related recipe)
  • 1/4 cup bottled tomato pasta sauce or Basic tomato pasta sauce (see related recipe)
  • 8 (50g) thin slices mild salami, halved
  • 125g grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 120g bocconcini cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Method

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Spread base with tomato sauce. Top with salami, tomato and bocconcini. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until base is crisp and cheese melted. Garnish with basil leaves. Serve.
