2 cups skim milk

200g tub reduced-fat natural yoghurt

1 large banana, chopped

2 teaspoons Stevia Sweet (see note)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method

1Blend milk, yoghurt, banana, stevia and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
