Reduced-fat banana milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 200g tub reduced-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 large banana, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Stevia Sweet (see note)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

  • 1
    Blend milk, yoghurt, banana, stevia and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
