Porridge with jazz apples, berries & maple-flavoured syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Jazz apples, coarsely grated
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup maple-flavoured syrup

Method

    Combine rolled oats, skim milk and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 mins or until softened. Remove from heat. Divide porridge among 4 cook&dine bowls.

    Top with coarsely grated apples and frozen raspberries.

    Drizzle over the maple-flavoured syrup and serve.
