2 cups rolled oats

3 cups skim milk

2 cups water

2 Jazz apples, coarsely grated

3/4 cup frozen raspberries

1/3 cup maple-flavoured syrup
Method

1Combine rolled oats, skim milk and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 mins or until softened. Remove from heat. Divide porridge among 4 cook&dine bowls.

2Top with coarsely grated apples and frozen raspberries.

3Drizzle over the maple-flavoured syrup and serve.
