Ingredients

4 large (30cm) Lebanese bread rounds

1 x 450g can refried beans

220g (2 cups) shredded cooked lean chicken

1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, sliced

1 large carrot, grated

300g (1 1/4 cups) thick and chunky mild bottled salsa

60g (1/2 cup) grated cheddar
Method

1Spread the bread rounds evenly with the refried beans.

2Divide the chicken, avocado and carrot among the rounds, placing them over 1 half of each round.

3Drizzle with the salsa and then top with the cheese.

4Roll up each round firmly from the filling-covered side. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil and place in the fridge or esky until ready to serve.
