Peppermint hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 8 choc-mint crunch lollies, finely chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • Grated dark chocolate, to serve

Method

    Place lollies and milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 10 to 12 minutes or until lollies have dissolved.

    Add chocolate to milk mixture. Whisk until melted and smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with grated chocolate. Serve.
