Coles grill butterflied beef (with pepper and chilli)
Carrot Salad

4 carrots, peeled, shredded

1/4 wombok, finely shredded

1 bunch coriander, leaves picked

4 spring onions, shredded

1/3 cup Paul Newman's own classic Asian dressing
Method

1Preheat chargrill or barbecue on high. Cook beef according to packet directions. Remove from heat and rest for 10 mins.

2Meanwhile, combine carrot, wombok, spring onions and coriander leaves in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.

3Thickly slice beef. Serve with carrot salad.
