Ingredients

1 sheet frozen butter puff pastry, partially thawed, quartered

50g plain chocolate biscuits

60g butter, chopped

1/4 cup caster sugar

400g can pear halves in juice, drained (reserving 1/4 cup juice), thinly sliced
Method

1Preheat oven 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place pastry on prepared tray.

2Process biscuits, butter and sugar until combined. Divide mixture between pastry squares, leaving a 1.5cm border.

3Arrange pear over biscuit mixture. Brush pastry with reserved juice. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
