Peanut butter ice-cream sundae with warm chocolate fudge sauce

  • 150g Cadbury melts real milk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 40g butter
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 8 scoops Coles brand peanut butter ice cream
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/4 cup (35g) Coles Brand salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 8 Coles Brand vanilla cream wafers

    Place the chocolate melts, cream, golden syrup, butter and salt in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until melted and smooth.

    Divide the peanut butter ice-cream and vanilla ice-cream among 4 serving glasses. Spoon over the warm chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with peanuts and garnish with wafers. Serve immediately.
