Peach and honey smoothie

Ingredients

  • 410g can peach slices in juice, drained
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk

Method

  • 1
    Blend peach, yoghurt, honey and milk together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
