Pavlova fool with kiwifruit

  • 6 kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1 x 300g pkt Classic Pavlova, coarsely broken
  • 100g-piece white chocolate
  • 500ml (2 cups) thickened cream

    Finely chop the kiwifruit. Use the flat part of a large knife to coarsely crush. Transfer the kiwifruit to a fine sieve over a bowl and set aside to strain slightly.

    Break the pavlova into 2-3cm pieces. Run a vegetable peeler along the length of the chocolate to make shavings.

    Use an electric beater to beat the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.

    Add the kiwifruit and pavlova to the cream and fold to create a swirled effect.

    Divide the cream mixture among six 185ml (3/4-cup) capacity serving glasses. Top with the chocolate to serve.
