8 slices rye bread

1/4 cup wholegrain mustard

150g (8 slices) pastrami

80g baby rocket

1/3 cup sun-dried tomato strips in oil, drained

Baby gherkins, to serve

Pickled onions, to serve
Method

1Place 4 pieces of bread on a flat surface. Spread with mustard. Top with pastrami, rocket and tomato. Sandwich with remaining bread. Serve with gherkins and onions.
