1kg Coles Australian 3-star Beef Mince

1/2 cup (50g) packaged breadcrumbs

2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs

4 garlic cloves, crushed

1 Coles Brand Australian Free Range Egg, lightly beaten

220g Coles Brand Cherry Bocconcini

2 tablespoons olive oil

700g ctn tomato & garlic pasta sauce

500g spaghetti
-
Parmesan, grated, to serve

Basil leaves, to serve
Method

1Combine the mince, breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic and egg in a large bowl. Season. Shape 2 tablespoons beef mixture around each bocconcini to enclose.

2Heat the oil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook meatballs, turning, for 5 mins or until browned all over. Add the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer, covered, for 7 mins or until meatballs are cooked through.

3Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.

4Serve pasta topped with meatballs, parmesan and basil.
