Parmesan mash

Ingredients

  • 6 small (900g) sebago potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 20g butter
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Method

  • 1
    Cook potato in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return to pan. Add butter and milk. Mash until smooth. Stir in parmesan.
