Ingredients

2 cups milk

4 thick strips orange rind

100g dark chocolate, chopped

1 tablespoon caster sugar

1/2 cup whipped cream
Method

1Combine milk, orange rind, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan. Heat, stirring, until chocolate has melted and milk nearly boils. Stand for 5 minutes. Remove and discard orange rind. Pour into warmed glasses. Top with cream. Serve.
