Ingredients

270g (3 cups) rolled oats

150g pkt mixed nuts

125ml (1/2 cup) pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon olive oil

120g (3/4 cup) mixed dried fruit, such as raisins, sultanas, craisins (dried cranberries), chopped dried figs, or chopped dried apricots
Method

1Combine rolled oats, nuts, maple syrup and olive oil in a bowl.

2Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Spread the oat mixture over the lined tray. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.

3Add dried fruit. Stir to combine. Store the muesli in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
