Ingredients

2 mini flour tortillas

2 tablespoons tomato chutney

30g shaved light ham, chopped

6 (75g) button mushrooms, sliced

1/4 small red capsicum, finely chopped

1/3 cup grated light mozzarella cheese
Method

1Preheat grill on medium-high. Line a baking tray with foil. Cut each tortilla into quarters. Place on prepared tray.

2Spoon 1 teaspoon tomato chutney on each tortilla quarter. Top each with ham, mushroom, capsicum and cheese. Grill for 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted. Set aside for 1 to 2 minutes to cool. Serve
