Ingredients

200g green cabbage, shredded

200g red cabbage, shredded

1 small carrot, grated

2 green onions, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1/2 cup coleslaw dressing

16 small soft dinner rolls

16 slices corned beef silverside

16 gherkins, halved

16 slices swiss cheese, halved
Method

1Place cabbage, carrot, onion, dill and dressing in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

2Split rolls in half, being careful not to cut the whole way through. Place corned beef on base of each roll. Top with coleslaw, gherkins and cheese. Serve.
