Milo 'babycino' mousse cups

  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatine powder
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 45g (1/3 cup) Milo, plus extra, to dust
  • Mini marshmallows, to serve

    Place 2 teaspoons water in a small microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle with the gelatine. Set aside for 2-3 minutes or until the gelatine is absorbed into the water. Microwave on High for 15 seconds. Stir until gelatine is dissolved. Set aside to cool.

    Pour 200ml cream into a bowl. Add the Milo and cooled gelatine. Use electric beaters to beat until firm peaks form. Divide among four 100ml serving glasses. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until set.

    Beat the remaining 100ml cream in a clean bowl until soft peaks form. Spoon whipped cream on top of each mousse cup. Dust with extra Milo and serve with marshmallows.
