Ingredients

400g spaghetti

1 tablespoon Coles pure olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

690g jar Coles pasta sauce authentic Italian passata

1 cup fresh basil leaves, plus extra to serve

2 x 420g packets Coles butcher beef meatballs

Parmesan, grated
Method

1Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to packet directions. Drain.

2Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan on medium. Cook onion for 5 mins, or until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 min, or until fragrant. Add sauce, 1/2 cup of water and basil, and simmer for 5 mins. Add meatballs, cover and simmer for 15 mins or until meatballs are cooked.

3Combine pasta, meatballs and sauce in a bowl. Top with extra basil leaves and parmesan, to serve.
