Ingredients

1 large mango, cheeks removed, peeled, cut into 5mm pieces

2 roma tomatoes, halved, deseeded, cut into 5mm pieces

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 large fresh yellow chilli, halved, deseeded, finely chopped

2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Method

1Place mango, tomato, onion, chilli, lime juice and oil in bowl.

2Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir to combine. Serve.
