Ingredients

1 dragonfruit

1 mango

1/4 pineapple

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Method

1Cut the dragonfruit into quarters lengthways and remove the skin. Cut the flesh into 2cm thick slices. Cut the mango cheeks away from the stone and cut each cheek in half lengthways. Cut the flesh from the skin and cut into 2cm thick slices.

2Cut the skin from the pineapple and cut away the core. Cut into 1cm-thick slices. Combine all the fruit in a shallow dish.

3Sprinkle with the sugar and lime juice. Toss gently with your hands. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavours to develop.
