Lime and ginger slushie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) ginger beer

Method

    Combine the lime juice and ginger beer and pour into a non-metallic tray. Cover and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • 2
    Remove from the freezer and using a fork, break up the ice crystals. Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes then remove and break up the ice crystals with a fork again. Spoon mixture into small serving glasses and serve immediately.
