Individual smashed pavlovas

Ingredients

  • 300ml Bulla whipping cream
  • 1 store-bought pavlova base
  • 2 cups tropical fruit, (such as mango, kiwi and passionfruit) sliced

Equipment

  • 8 glasses, to serve

Method

    Remove store-bought pavlova base from box.
  • 2
    Break the pavlova base into 8 individual serves.
  • 3
    Using a clean mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream for 90 seconds.
  • 4
    Layer the pavlova, cream and tropical fruit into individual glasses.
  • 5
    Top with more tropical fruit to finish.
