Ingredients

2 ripe nectarines, cut into 1cm-thick slices

2 bananas, cut into 2cm-thick slices

250g strawberries, hulled, halved

2 tablespoons honey

1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Method

1Preheat barbecue plate on medium heat. Cut four 30cm x 40cm pieces of foil. Fold each piece in half. Place one-quarter of the nectarines, bananas and strawberries in centre of each piece of foil. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey. Fold foil over fruit to cover. Fold up edges to enclose.

2Place fruit parcels on barbecue plate and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until fruit is warmed through.

3Remove parcels from heat. Carefully open 1 side of parcels to allow to cool slightly. Spoon fruit mixture into bowls. Top each with tablespoon yoghurt and drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey. Serve.
