1 kg chicken wings or chicken wing drumettes

1/3 cup kecap manis

2 tablespoons honey

1 garlic clove, crushed

Coleslaw, to serve
Method

1Preheat oven to 200C. Lightly grease a roasting pan. Cut chicken wings into 3 at the joints. Discard wing tips. Combine kecap manis, honey and garlic in a bowl. Add chicken. Toss to coat.

2Arrange chicken in roasting pan in a single layer. Roast for 25 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.

3Serve hot or cold chicken with coleslaw.
