Ham and mushroom pizzas

  • 2 140g containers Leggo's Pizza Sauce
  • 2 280g pkts fresh (22cm) pizza bases
  • 2 green shallots, trimmed, sliced
  • 120g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 200g leg ham, cut into thin strips
  • 200g (2 cups) grated mozzarella


  • 1
    Preheat oven to 200°C. Spread the sauce over the pizza bases, leaving a 1cm border around the edges.

    Sprinkle the pizza bases with the green shallots, mushrooms, ham and mozzarella.

    Place the pizzas on 2 baking trays and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the bases are crisp and golden.
