Ham and guacamole bagels

  • 12 par-baked bagels*
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped coriander
  • 12 slices of ham

    Preheat oven to 190°C. Place bagels on an oven tray then bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cool.

    Halve avocados. Remove stones and skins, then cut into 1cm dice. Place avocados in a bowl with onions, lime juice and coriander. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well to combine.

    Split each bagel in half. Spoon guacamole over bases then top with ham and bagel tops.
