Ingredients

  • 1 plain bagel
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • 2 tablespoons carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1 slice shaved ham, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon cheddar,grated

Method

    Cut bagel in half horizontally. Spread the base with hummus. Sprinkle with carrot and ham. Top with the remaining bagel and sprinkle with cheddar.
