Guava and lychee slushie

Ingredients

  • 2 x 565g cans lychees in syrup, drained
  • 1 cup guava nectar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Method

    Place lychees in a snaplock bag. Freeze overnight or until frozen.
  • 2
    Blend lychees, guava nectar, lime juice and ice cubes until smooth. Spoon into chilled glasses. Serve with a straw.
