Ingredients

75g (1/4 cup) white miso paste (see note)

60ml (1/4 cup) warm water

2 teaspoons caster sugar

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

300g green round beans, trimmed
Method

1Combine miso paste, water, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl.

2Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil. Cook the beans for 3 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp. Drain and refresh under cold running water. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the miso dressing and toss to combine.
