Grapes in syrup with vanilla yoghurt

  • 250g seedless green grapes
  • 250g red globe grapes or black grapes
  • 350ml apple blackcurrant juice
  • 2 x 200g ctns low-fat vanilla yoghurt

    Combine the grapes and fruit juice in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-6 minutes or until grapes are tender and syrup thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes to cool.

    Spoon the grapes and syrup among serving bowls and top with a dollop of yoghurt
