1 quantity Basic pizza dough (see related recipe)

1 quantity Classic pizza sauce (see related recipe)
Topping

24 green prawns, peeled leaving tails intact

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

1 large garlic clove, crushed

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 chorizo sausages, thinly sliced

160g fresh ricotta, crumbled
Method

1Make pizza basic pizza dough.

2Make classic pizza sauce.

3Preheat oven to 230ºC. Combine prawns, coriander, garlic and olive oil in a bowl. Top the pizzas with the prawn mixture, chorizo sausages and ricotta. Bake, swapping the trays halfway through cooking, for 15-20 minutes or until the prawns are cooked and the base is crisp.
