375g strawberries, hulled, halved

3 kiwifruit, peeled, cut into 3cm pieces

1/2 rockmelon, peeled, deseeded, cut into 3cm pieces

1 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

You will need 12 bamboo skewers
Method

1Thread strawberries, kiwifruit and rockmelon onto skewers. Place on a serving plate. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2Place yoghurt, vanilla and sugar in a small bowl. Swirl together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer, if time permits, to allow flavours to develop.

3Serve fruit skewers with caramel yoghurt.
