Fruit jelly cups

Ingredients

  • 85g packet raspberry jelly
  • 100g strawberries, hulled, chopped
  • 85g packet passionfruit jelly
  • 150g chopped seedless red grapes

Method

    Make raspberry jelly following packet directions. Cool for 20 minutes.

    Place strawberries in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add to raspberry jelly. Stir to combine. Place 8 x 1 cup-capacity cups/ containers on a large baking tray. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set (see notes).

    Make passionfruit jelly following packet directions. Cool 20 minutes. Place grapes on jelly layer. Carefully pour over passionfruit jelly. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
