Fresh fruit with strawberry sauce

  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 small rockmelon, peeled, sliced
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple, peeled, each cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 oranges, peeled, segmented

strawberry sauce

  • 250g (1 punnet) ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4cup low-joule berry jam (such as Weight Watchers Low Joule Fruits Of The Forest Jam)
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

    To make the strawberry sauce, place the strawberries, jam and balsamic vinegar in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and well combined.

    Arrange the banana, rockmelon, pineapple and orange segments in serving bowls or on a platter. Serve with the strawberry sauce spooned over.
