Endive and fig salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch baby endive, leaves separated, washed, dried
  • 6 ripe figs, quartered
  • 9 slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) vinaigrette

Method

    Arrange the endive, fig and prosciutto on serving plates. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
