1 tablespoon psyllium husks

Food colouring, to tint
Method

1Place the psyllium husks, 250ml (1 cup) water and food colouring in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir until evenly combined. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.

2Set aside to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally to release the heat.

3Store in sealable plastic bags in the fridge for up to 1 week.
