Easy chocolate fondue

  • 200g block milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pure cream
  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • Strawberries, to serve
  • Mandarin segments, to serve
  • Kiwi fruit, to serve
  • Slice apple or pear, to serve
  • Marshmallows, to serve
  • Chocolate wafer sticks, to serve

    Place milk chocolate and 1/2 cup cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Place white chocolate and remaining cream in another small saucepan over low heat. Cook both, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat.

    Pour each chocolate into a separate serving bowl. Serve with fruit, marshmallows and chocolate wafer sticks.
