200g block milk chocolate, chopped

1 cup pure cream

180g block white chocolate, chopped

Strawberries, to serve

Mandarin segments, to serve

Kiwi fruit, to serve

Slice apple or pear, to serve

Marshmallows, to serve

Chocolate wafer sticks, to serve
Method

1Place milk chocolate and 1/2 cup cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Place white chocolate and remaining cream in another small saucepan over low heat. Cook both, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat.

2Pour each chocolate into a separate serving bowl. Serve with fruit, marshmallows and chocolate wafer sticks.
