Cucumber and cheese dominoes

Ingredients

  • 4 slices wholemeal or multigrain bread, crusts trimmed, sliced into quarters
  • 2 slices reduced-fat cheddar, cut into quarters
  • 1 cucumber, cut into 8 thin 4cm-square slices
  • 1 tablespoon Vegemite

Method

    Thinly spread each piece of bread with butter. Arrange bread on a serving plate. Divide cheese and cucumber among bread pieces. Spoon Vegemite into a sealable plastic bag. Cut 1 corner off the bag. Pipe the Vegemite around edges of cheese. Add dots to make domino numbers.
