Crunchy noodle and pork salad

Ingredients

  • 75g (1 cup) bought coleslaw salad mix
  • 40g roast pork, sliced (see note)
  • 1/4 small green capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 25g raw cashews
  • 50g Chang’s Crunchy Noodles
  • 3 teaspoons bought Asian-style dressing

Method

  • 1
    Place the coleslaw mix, pork, capsicum, cashews and noodles in a medium bowl. Toss to combine.

    Add the dressing and toss gently to coat.
