Ingredients

2 cups frozen peas

20g butter

1 small brown onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1/4 cup pure cream
Method

1Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain.

2Melt butter in same pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until softened. Return peas to pan. Add cream. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until heated through.

3Process until almost smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
