2 tablespoons caramel topping

2 large scoops honeycomb butterscotch ice-cream
Method

1Blend milk, coconut essence, topping and ice-cream together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve. For an even richer coconut taste, replace coconut essence with 1/4 cup coconut milk.
