Cranberry, cherry and almond relish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup craisins
  • 3/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Method

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir on medium heat for 5 mins until fruit has softened and liquid is syrupy. Cool and store in an airtight container refrigerate for up to 5 days.
